Kendall A. Elsom

Ken Elsom is a co-founder and Senior Partner of Heritage Partners International and has over 25 years consulting experience in senior management executive search, organization consulting, executive assessment and career consulting For over 15 years, he has specialized in the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industries. He serves a full spectrum of Life Science companies ranging from early/developmental stage ventures, to public biotechnology companies, to global big pharma industry leaders. For these clients, he has conducted searches for Board Member, CEO, COO, CFO, General Counsel, Group President, Division President, SVP - Research & Development, SVP - Human Resources, SVP -Marketing, as well as VP's within each of these functional areas.

Mr. Elsom's consulting career began at Cresap McCormick & Paget, Inc., in New York. His executive search experience began at Spencer Stuart where he was elected the youngest Vice President & Principal in the history of the firm's New York Office. In 1991, he founded and ran Genesis Consulting Partners as President & CEO. In 1993, he expanded and co-founded Valley Forge Partners. In 2004, he further expanded the firm and co-founded Heritage Partners International LLC. His corporate experience includes PepsiCo where he was National Director - Bottler Network Distribution and Scott Paper Company where he was Regional Sales Manager.
A native Philadelphian, Mr. Elsom earned an MBA with Distinction from The Wharton School and a BA from Harvard University. He serves as Board Member of NeoVac, Inc., a cancer vaccine company with a late stage platform technology.
