ISAIAS FEIGENSON

Isaias Feigenson founded and heads the advisory firm of Sao Paulo, Brazil based Isaias Feigenson and Associates. He
works with CEOs on a wide variety of issues from Strategic Planning, Career Development, Professional Decorum,
Executive Coaching with Directors and Shareholders, Business Development and to Family Owned Businesses.

Until 2004 Mr. Feigenson was with KPMG Brazil as the Sales Partner responsible for selling Auditing, Tax Consulting,
and Merger and Acquisition services. Earlier he headed Human Resources Advisory Services for the firm. His clients
included Unilever, Citigroup, and Shell for such projects as Executive Recruitment, Downsizing, and Outplacement.
Earlier, he was Senior Vice President of Catho Group, one of Brazil’s largest Human Resources Consulting firms where
Kodak was his largest client and with Sherwin Williams as Store Operations Director. Early in his career with DuPont do
Brazil he recruited executives for its Brazilian Operations. He started corporate life as Business Manager of the
Portable Air Division for Atlas Copco.

He studied Industrial Engineering at the Escola Politecnica of the University of Sao Paulo and holds a Graduate Level
Degree in Human Resources Management from Getulio Vargas Business School in Sao Paulo. He earned a Masters in
Business Administration from Lehigh University in 1980. He later attended the Executive Program at the University of
Michigan in 1997 and studied Family Owned Business and Negotiations at Harvard.
